Centered around the restored Sycamore Manor—built in the early 1800s by Reuben Everett and recognized as the oldest surviving home in New Hanover County—the estate offers a picturesque setting for weddings, retreats, and special events. Purchased and restored by Jean Strahan in 2015, the property now features lush gardens, serene pastures, and charming guest accommodations, including Sycamore Cottage and a loft apartment.
