The Waterstone community boasts amenities galore and with a view

Amenities are in place and new owners are enjoying homes at one of the county’s premiere new communities. Waterstone on Edgewater Road caters to the outdoor enthusiast with its enviable location near Page’s Creek as well as numerous natural and man-made ponds, walking trails, bike paths and pedestrian bridges.
Waterstone benefits from the talents of well-known local developer/builders, Dean Hardison and Craig Stevenson, who designed the community’s unique open-plan clubhouse, reflecting architecture found in the Florida sunshine. The structure has exposed beams, shiplap and triple sliders which allow the outside to flow to the inside. Residents receive a fob which grants access to the building any time they desire. “It’s a great place to have a morning coffee or a night cap,” Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage broker/realtor, Rob Warwick said.
Local builders, Hardison Builders, Charter Building Group, SD Construction Group and JC Reynolds Builders offer many styles of homes from approximately 2,200 square feet and up on lots ranging from .2 to .38 acres. Customers may also bring their own custom plans for construction in the Phase 2 area.
One exciting feature of the layout, according to Warwick, is that most lots do not have a backyard neighbor. Many are sited on water or with views of water or marsh.

Waterstone was a showcase home for the Parade of Homes and was named Best New Neighborhood by none other than Wilmington Magazine.
